Winter Model Shoot ~fashion~

Last weekend Halifax Photography Society orginized a model shoot at the Sir Sandford Fleming park. It was very cold but it was so much fun and great experience. Great group of people and lots of talent at HPS. Many thanks to models (B, A and C) for putting up with us. You were awesome!!!

Tia ~pets~

It is winter and days are too short and too dark...and it is too cold outside. Not a good combination for natural light portraiture. The other day I noticed my little girl, Tia, sleeping in her bed so I grabbed the camera. Surprisingly, she didn't move, just opened her curious "chocolate chip" eyes. She is usually a very busy little girl and moments like this one (when she is relaxing) are very rare. She is 2 yrs old miniature dachshund. She is one of my 4 fur babies.
