Blue Eyes and All Smiles ~children~

At the family BBQ I took few pictures of baby J. Oh, what a joy he is. Happy little boy with beautiful smile. He started walking last month and even though the good balance is not there yet, he sure loves to run. It is so cute to see him walk, like a little pinguin:) Left-right, left-right and off he goes. He is so adorable, I couldn't get enough of him.

He is now just 1 month shy of his 1st birthday. Here is baby J at 2 months . He has grown and changed so much.

Ice Cream Princess ~children~

Every so often we meet up with baby O and her mom and dad and we go for ice cream and a walk. She is such a special little girl. Her gorgeous dark eyes melt everyone's heart. She loves to run, she loves other kids, to pick flowers and rocks and she LOVES ice cream....She was holding $5 in her little hands and her dark eyes were wide open. Mom picked her up and put her in front of the ice cream window. She knew exactly what to do. She handed $5 to the ice cream lady and she reached for her ice cream with both little hands. That was so adorable.

I sure had a good workout following her around with the camera, she is one Busy Little Bee. But I enjoyed every second of it :) I love spending time with her. She is such a joy to be around.

Tall Ships 2009 ~event~

On a wet and foggy Saturday morning I joined the Scott Kelby’s Second Annual Worldwide Photo Walk (Thanks to Terry Crowell for organizing this event!). Tall Ships were magnificent, they never fail to amaze me. But the highlight of the walk, for me, were people dressed up in the 18th century costumes, reenactment of every day life in a village and soldiers in the battle rowing in the small boats, guns going off in the distance...they really made the Tall Ships even more special. Below are some of my favorite images from the walk.

Girls ~portraits~

A friend of mine invited me on an "adventure" along the country roads and small towns. The rain and dark clouds were not promising but they didn't scare us. We were headed for the lavender fields. When we arrived few small bushes and lavender buds were not what we expected. So we had to change the plan and find some other locations for the pictures. Miss M (VIP - Very Important Princess :)), E & R were so kind to model for A and me. We had so much fun dressing up, doing the hair, make up, picking outfits...It was a great day and great company. We even had a flat tire. Five girls on a country road in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire! That was no fun at first, but later we all had a good laugh about it.

Thank you Girls for a great day!!!
